About this service

OCF Enterprises is a property management company operating furnished room rentals in Hilliard, Ohio. These terms cover our text messaging with people who contact us about renting.

By texting us about a rental, or by giving us your mobile number when you inquire, you agree to receive text messages from us about that inquiry. This is a two-way conversation that you start. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not add you to any messaging list.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on our conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge you for messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can text us again at any time to restart the conversation. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
